Virtual weekly classes
All weekly classes are conducted live and all academy members can participate in these classes. You can do the class/training at home or any other place of your choice.
Each class lasts 60 minutes and are conducted on Sundays. If your schedule doesn’t allow you to take the Live class, it will be recorded for you so you can view it anytime.
The international Athletes and coaches teaching these weekly classes are current/former World Champions or their coaches from different countries. You can be certain that you will be learning and training with simply some of the best in the world.
